Chester the cocker spaniel was rescued after he was found in a crate with five other puppies.
A puppy who was abandoned on a roadside in England, has become a trained police sniffer dog.
Chester the cocker spaniel was rescued by the RSPCA after he was found in a crate with five other puppies in Canterbury, in January.
Volunteer fosterers found he had 'huge energy levels', and real drive for searching for and finding other dogs' lost tennis balls.
Chester has since joined Surrey Police as a sniffer dog, and has passed his digital detection course.
