People in Ireland sleep the most during the week according to a global study.
The research found people here got an average of 7-hours-48 minutes of sleep per night during the week, going to bed at 11.39 pm and waking up at 7.27 am.
The study, published in Science Direct analysed over 50 million nights' sleep from 220,000 people in 35 countries.
People in Japan get the least amount of shuteye, with people getting an average of less than 7-hours' sleep during the week.
