From playing in front of a packed Electric Tent, to signing a deal with Warner Music, it's been a busy year.
A midlands band is still coming to terms with the idea that they're bringing a new generation to traditional Irish music.
Chasing Abbey have had a year to remember, with their viral hit, 'Oh My Johnny' coming hot on the heels of their global record deal with Warner Music.
They followed that up with a performance in front of a packed out Electric Tent, at the Electric Picnic in September.
