A survey, by Sky and NOW found people's festive habits...
Over half of us aren't planning to change out of our pyjamas for at least 24 hours over the festive period.
One in four won't shower for at least three days, and half will wear the same underwear for more than a day.
The survey, by Sky and NOW, also found 22% of people will lie to friends and family to avoid socialising beyond the 25th of December, as they would rather spend time at home watching movies or TV shows.
Most people said they won't cook after Christmas Day, instead surviving on leftovers, with half eating them directly from the fridge.
