Researchers Suggest Writing "Dear Winter" Letter Can Reduce Feelings Of Depression

Other suggestions include sitting by a window during work, and looking up at the sky while walking.

If the darker evenings and gloomy weather are getting you down- you should write a letter to winter.

Experts say penning a Dear Winter letter to the season, telling it how it makes you feel, can help reduce feelings of depression.

Researchers from the University of Glasgow say using candles, mirrors, shiny objects and sun-simulator lamps can also help, along with imagining you are in a medieval sunroom with large windows.

Other suggestions include sitting by a window during work, and looking up at the sky while walking.
