An Offaly rugby star has tied the knot with fellow player in a lavish Midlands wedding.
Kilcormac's Nichola Fryday and Stuart Townsend celebrated their big day at Glasson Lakehouse in Athlone, alongside family and friends.
The news comes following their engagement in a pub in Kilcormac last year.
The couple announced their engagement at Dan and Molly's pub in August 2024.
She came to the sport relatively late in life yet made a big impact, first at Tullamore RFC, then provincially, professionally, and since 2016, internationally before retiring in 2023.
