The competition was made up of international sustainable fashion designs.
A Westmeath secondary school student has won the Junk Kouture 'World Designer of the Year' award.
Clodagh Ramsey - a pupil at Wilson's Hospital School - beat off the competition from 60 rival teams from as far away at the US, France, Italy and the UAE.
Junk Kouture fosters creative, sustainable fashion designs from 12 to 19 year olds globally.
Clodagh's design 'Aquaculture' featured 2000 mussel shells championing sustainable food production and gender equality.
