With €60,000 already raised, 100 people from the midlands will take on the challenge to raise more money.
100 people from the midlands have signed up to abseil down Croke Park in aid of an Offaly charity next month.
The volunteers will take to the GAA Headquarters on October 19th, in a bid to raise funds for the Dochas Cancer Support Centre in Tullamore.
The money will go towards providing free psychosocial supports and complementary therapies, with over €60,000 already raised.
She's been speaking with Midlands 103's Sinead Hubble and says although she is so lucky with all the support she had from family and friends, it is still a tough journey:
