It takes place in Portlaoise this afternoon.
Laois Chamber of Commerce is hoping to fill up to 400 jobs as part of its first ever Jobs Fair.
Nine sectors will be represented including Manufacturing, Engineering, IT and Healthcare, while there will be a separate area for housing and co-working hubs.
Supermacs intends to employ 120 people at the new motorway plaza in Portlaoise, which is due to open in May.
The event takes place at the Midlands Park Hotel, Portlaoise from 2 o'clock this afternoon.
