50 new homecare jobs are being created in the midlands.
Home Instead is recruiting the staff to support older people to continue living at home in Westmeath, Offaly and Longford.
Managing Director of Home Instead Midlands, Jonathan Acton says they've experience an increase in demand over the last five years, and are now also contending with the challenges posed by covid-19.
He says they'll be expanding their workforce even further later in the year:
