Text About It have received messages from over 700 people in Westmeath, over 600 in Laois and 463 in Offaly in 2024.
The top issue mentioned by people who text in nationwide is anxiety, followed by intimate partner relationships and stress.
Since the start of the year, the organisation has engaged in over 36 thousand conversations and exchanged almost 1.1 million texts.
