Action Must Be Taken Against Social Housing Tenants Who Stockpile Rubbish

A Westmeath councillor is making the call.

Westmeath County Council is getting regular complaints of rubbish being stock-piled outside homes. 

Fianna Fail's Frankie Keena believes it's a form of anti-social behavior.

He's asking the local authority to take action against those living in social housing who are breaching their tenancy agreement by not disposing of litter in a proper manner.
