It's the first business announced at Bord na Móna's new energy park.
A new deal between Bord Na Móna and Amazon will create a pathway for the development of data centres in the midlands.
It has been revealed as the first business to join Bord na Móna's new Eco Energy Park.
The semi-state company plans to set up a series of energy parks on its land across the midlands, to deliver wind and solar power and develop new electricity grid connections.
The collaboration with Amazon Web Services will pave the way for data centres, powered by green energy - in line with the government's climate targets.
