An Bord Planeála is delaying its decision on an appeal against the development of a €40 million meat processing plant in Offaly.
Offaly County Council granted planning permission to the Chinese funded Banagher Chilling Ltd. last August.
A final judgement was due on March 1st but that's now been pushed back because of an incomplete inspector's report.
