The cost of a home in the Midlands and Mid-West is up by over 7%.
House price increases are higher in the Midlands and the Mid-West than anywere else in the country.
DNG says the average price of second hand homes in the region up 7.6% in the first half of the year.
That's followed by the West at 5.6%, while overall, prices outside Dublin rose by 2.9%.
