An Coimisiún Pleanála is due to decide the case by October 28th next year.
BnM is lodging plans to An Coimisiún Pleanála for a 46 turbine windfarm on the Offaly-Kildare border.
The application seeks a 10 year long grant for planning permission for the development, including an onsite and offsite substation, and all associated infrastructure.
Proposed accomodation works to facilitate the delivery of large turbine components are also proposed for townlands in Offaly, including Ballinagar, Ballinrath and Ballykilleen.
The development will have its turbines spread out across the two counties, with 18 in Offaly and the remaining 28 in Kildare with its location on the Allen Bog Group.
An Coimisiún Pleanála is due to decide the case by October 28th next year.
