Heartlands Pride is only in its second year of running.
A boat-ride will host the fundraiser for an Athlone Pride event later this year.
Heartlands Pride is due to be held for only the second time in November.
The first fundraiser for this year's event will be held aboard the Viking Mike Boat sailing along the Shannon on the 24th of August, with entertainment from a drag show, a performance from Bombshell Pole and music from Athlone Singer Liadh.
