44 year old Lithuanian Gintas Nedaivodinas was found in the cut.
Gardai say the death of the man in the Slieve Bloom mountains earlier this year is not suspicious.
An investigation was launched after the body of Gintas Nedaivodinas was discovered in the Cut in the Clonaslee on February 4th.
A post mortem and a toxicology report were carried out to determine the cause of his death.
The 44-year-old was originally from Lithuania but had been living in the Tullamore area.
