Building Athlone's first student accommodation campus is an exciting prospect, particularly for a past pupil.
So says the midlands developer behind the application for the 3.9 hectare site in Lissywoollen, near Athlone Institute of Technology.
It'll consist of 46 student accommodation units, 67 houses, 62 apartments and a creche.
