Children as young as 12 are vaping on a regular basis as it's seen as "cool". 

That's according to Longford Senator Micheal Carrigy, who also believes many parents are not aware their child are using the products. 

He's calling for strong robust licensing to regulate the sale of the products. 

Minister for Public Health Frank Feighan says the 'Tobacco and Nicotine Inhaling Products Bill' is a priority and will be brought before the Oireachtas as soon as possible.
