Nationally, there's been a 6% increase.
Offaly saw the largest increase in Traveller population in the country, according to last year's Census.
New analysis from the CSO shows 14.2 per 1,000 people in the county are Travellers, a rise of 30%.
That figure is 10.2 in Westmeath and 8.9 in Laois.
There was an overall increase in the Traveller population in Ireland of 6%, reaching 32,949.
