Clubs Need To Take Responsibility For Those Abusing Referees

That's according to a midlands referee.

Clubs need to take responsibility for their players, members or supporters abusing referees.

That's according to Laois GAA referee, Seamus Mulhare, who says the perpetrators need to be 'dealt with.'

A match in Dundalk was called off last week, after a person ran onto the pitch and 'kung-fu kicked' the referee, which Gardaí are investigating.

Mr. Mulhare says there needs to be a change in attitude towards the uniform:
