Coalition Parties Playing A Game Of 'Yo-Yo' Politics With Farmers

So says Sinn Féin, as the new emissions targets are decided.

Coalition parties are playing a game of 'yo-yo' politics with farmers. 

That's the view of Sinn Féin's Brian Stanley, who says farmers were encouraged to invest in the dairy industry over the past decade and have now been slapped with a contentious new carbon emissions target. 

However, the opposition party have yet to reveal to what extent they think emissions should be cut.
