Councillors in Offaly have approved a 38 house development in Clara.
It'll consist of a variety of units - six one-bed single storey, two two-bed bungalows, 12 two-bed two-storey terrace units, one three-bed bungalow, 14 three-bed two-storey semi-detached units, one four-bed bungalow and two four-bed two-storey semi-detached units.
Construction will get underway in the Raheen area in the coming months.
It follows on from a six-week period for submissions which concluded in March.
