That drop has also been reflected in the midlands, three people are no longer homeless in Westmeath and one less in Laois.
However, there's been an increase of one in Offaly, leaving the total figure in the region at 68 in November.
Nationally, 8,484 people were in emergency accommodation in November, including nearly 2,500 children.
