A drug driver has been arrested in Laois, after being caught travelling at 175 kph.
The speeding car was stopped by the Portlaoise Roads Policing Unit on the M7 on Saturday night - and the driver failed a roadside drug test for cocaine and cannabis.
The car was also seized, after being found without any tax or NCT.
The driver was taken to Portlaoise Garda Station and will appear in court at a later date.
