Farmers are continuing their protest outside the Glanbia Grain Mill in Portlaoise this evening.
Members of the Irish Farmers' Association are calling for the the company to increase its base price for grain - which currently stands at 128 euro per tonne of barley and 135 euro for wheat.
The IFA says negotiations are ongoing with the Glanbia - but the picket will remain in place until a resolution is agreed.
