A Longford-Westmeath TD is hitting out at the Minister of the Office of Public Works for distancing himself from the government.
Fianna Fáil's Robert Troy is responding to his constituency colleague, Kevin 'Boxer' Moran's decision to run at an independent in the upcoming general election, and disassociate himself from the Independent Alliance group.
Deputy Troy says this gives a clear indication of how Minister Moran feels the government has performed.
He believes it's disingenuous and he's not fooling anyone by cutting and running as an election approaches:
