Green Farm Foods Limited of Glenlough, Rathowen, Mullingar - which is now in liquidation - was found to have under-declared almost €204,000 in corporation tax.
It faces a further €274,000 in interest and penalties.
Steven Mann, formerly trading as the Amber Court restaurant, and with an address at 22 Hillview, Mullingar, is under investigation by Revenue for under-declaring €85,000 in PAYE, PRSI and USC - with €123,000 added in interest and penalites.
Building contractor and farmer, Vincent Kenny, of Loughegar, Mullingar also features on the defaulters list for under-declaring income tax worth €26,000, and has to pay a further €13,000 in interest and penalties.
And electrical contractor, Raymond Sheerin of Cullionbeg, Mullingar faces a court penalty of €15,000 for under-declaring €51,000 income tax and VAT.
