They occurred on Jessop Street in Portlaoise in the early hours of yesterday morning.
Detectives are looking for information regarding a man in his mid 20s, who was acting suspiciously between 2.50am and 3.15am on the Jessop Street, Coote Street or Railway Street areas.
Gardaí say he is around 5'4" in height and was wearing dark clothing at the time.
