Dunnes Stores in Rathdowney was broken into, and officers in Portlaoise are asking anyone who may have been in the area between 12:30 and 1.30am to get in touch.
The Daybreak Store in Mucklagh was also targeted overnight.
Tullamore gardaí want locals who may have been in the area between midnight and 1.30am to come forward.
They're also asking if you passed by either location and have dash cam footage to contact them.
