Gardai are appealing for witnesses following a house fire in county Laois.
The house caught fire in the early hours of Thursday morning, in the Esker Hills area, Portlaoise at approximately 4:30 am.
Extensive damage was caused to the building but no injuries were sustained in the incident.
Anyone with any information, or those with dashcam footage, are being asked to contact Portlaoise Garda Station.
Investigations are ongoing.
