The organisers have pulled out all the stops in Emo!

The sound system from the Pyramid Stage at Glastonbury is in Laois this weekend for the inaugural Forest Fest.

Months of preparation are coming to a-head this evening, with the midlands' newest music festival kicking off in Emo.

The Four of Us, The Stunning and The Waterboys are among the acts lining up.

There's a special entertainment line-up just for kids too, with under 12s going free.
