Heritage Sites Across Midlands To Receive €576,000 In Funding

The money is being released as the government enters phase two of lockdown easing.

Historical and Heritage sites in the midlands will receive a funding boost of €576,000. 

Two sets of grants are being awarded through the Historic Structures Fund and Built Heritage Investment Scheme 

41 locations across the region will be in receipt of the funding. 

€129,000 has been allocated to projects in Offaly, 115,000 in Laois and €114,000 to sites in Westmeath.
