Management at a Laois childcare facility is confident it will be able to resolve an adminstrative issue causing their temporary closure.
Sonas Community Childcare in Mountmellick closed yesterday after being advised by Tusla it can not legally provide a service until their registration as a status provider is resolved.
In a statement, the Sonas Board of Management say all relevant requirements are now delivered and are awaiting a formal review and approval so it can reopen.
They're acknowledging the ongoing disruption caused to parents, guardians, children and staff.
