That's the call from local councillor Aisling Moran, who says the local authority's top table is "all boys, no girls".
It comes as Director of Housing, Joe Delaney, is transferring to Limerick County Council.
The last female director, Anna Marie Delaney, is now chief executive of Offaly County Council.
