The incident took place in Portlaoise last month.
Gardaí in Laois have renewed their appeal for information around a serious crash in Portlaoise from the 20th of June.
A young teenager who was a passenger on an e-bike was seriously injured and remains in a critical condition at CHI Temple Street.
One man in his teens, who was driving, received treatment at the scene.
Officers are keen to speak with a taxi driver who was travelling on the Stradbally Road towards Portlaoise Town shortly after 11pm that night.
They're also appealing to anyone who has any helpful information about the crash or the events leading up to it to come forward.
