A Laois man has completed a mammoth month of fitness to raise money for a local nursing home.
Since January 1st, Jamie Malone has run 500 kilometres and completed 5,000 sit-ups and 5,000 push-ups.
The Graiguecullen man, who works in the fitness sector, had wanted a challenge to keep himself occupied during lockdown, but also managed to raise over 10,700 euro for St. Fiacc's House.
Despite all the activity, he won't be taking much of a rest:
