Anyone with sewing skills is asked to get in touch.

An organisation in Laois is calling on members of the public with sewing skills to help them provide scrubs to Portlaoise Regional Hospital.

Laois Federation ICA is asking people to register interest with them and a pack will be delivered to your door with all the supplies needed.

It's estimated it'll take around seven days to create one pair of scrubs.

Federation President Anne Payne explains the process involved:
