A Laois restaurant has been added to the latest UK and Ireland edition of the Michelin Guide.
Ballyfin Demense in Laois, The Morrison Room in Kildare and Lignum in Galway were each awarded their first Michelin Stars last night.
Three more are celebrating after getting a Michelin ‘Bib Gourmand’, which recognises ‘good quality and value’.
They are Baba’de in Cork, Daróg in Galway and mrDeanes in Belfast.
