Guidance counsellors and recruitment experts have offering advice to those picking up their results in the morning.
60,000 Leaving Cert students will receive their results tomorrow.
Those who sat the exams earlier this year will have access to their results online at 10am.
"Take a step back and don't rush into any ideas", that's the advice from Mullingar Guidance Counsellor Betty McLaughlin to students who will be considering their options tomorrow.
She says the choice can be incredibly difficult:

He says that doing well in the exams is still important, but mainly because it prepares students for "knuckling down" and working after school.
