Music Industry and Event Management students at LOETB are launching Birr Star Records.
Laois and Offaly Education Training Board students are reaching for the stars and launching their own record label.
Birr Star Records will launch its first single, a cover of 'Dance With Me Tonight' by Olly Murs by some of their Music Industry and Event Management students.
The cover was produced in the Button Factory in Dublin last month with Grammy nominated and IMRO Award winning producers Chris O'Brien and Graham Murphy.
The song releases next Friday with a celebration concert taking place at Birr Arts and Theatre Centre on April 11th, with all proceeds from the single going torwards Make-A-Wish Ireland.
