Midlands Disability Organisations Receive Almost €1m In Funding

It's coming from the €20 million Strengthening Disability Services Fund.

Disability organisations serving the midlands have been granted around €950,000 in government funding. 

It's coming from the €20 million Strengthening Disability Services Fund.

The largest allocations for services based in the region are 57,000 for the refurbishment of St. Hilda's in Athlone and €15,800 for Clochan House Residential Respite Centre. 

The Muiriosa Foundation, which is active across the region but based in Kildare got the biggest individual grant of €535,000.
