Regional Hospital Mullingar’s Adult and Paediatric Emergency Departments are both busy this morning.

The hospital is in escalation and teams are working to manage the current in-patient and Covid-19 bed capacity together with scheduled care.

The public are asked to consider their options before presenting to ED's as those in need of urgent care will be prioritised.
