A Midlands hospital is to hold a remembrance service for families bereaved after the loss of a baby or child.
Portiuncula University Hospital is hosting the event which is available to families following the loss of a baby at any stage, including miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy, stillbirth, or after birth.
The service begins at 7.30pm this evening in the Hospital Chapel, followed by light refreshments.
The Director of Midwifery at Portiuncula University Hospital, Deirdre Naughton says that the service creates a compassionate environment for remembrance and recovery.
