Prices for a three-bedroom semi-detached house are going up, according to Daft.ie.
The average price of a three-bedroom semi-detached house in the Midlands is up by 8% in comparison to last year.
Daft.ie's Sales Report for the first quarter of 2026 shows the biggest increase is in Westmeath with the price standing at €342,000 euro.
That's a 16.6% increase from last year, with prices in Offaly up 5.4% to €284,000.
Laois is recording a price of €283,000 for homes in the county, a rise of 4.7%.
