Laois saw the biggest percentage increase across the midlands.
The median price of a house has risen in each of the Midlands counties.
According to the latest MyHome Property Price Report, Laois saw the highest rise amongst the Midlands counties, with the prices going from €215,000 to €235,000 a 9% increase in Q4 of 2025.
This is followed by Westmeath, which jumped 8% from €259,000 to €280,000, while Offaly saw a 4% increase, going up to €239,000 from €250,000
The latest figures show the annual asking price inflation is at 5.4% nationally.
