Doing your first call as a caregiver is nerve wrecking, but a Midlands home care service says its offering all the support and training required.
That's according to General Manager of Dovida Midlands Lorraine McLaughlin, as the company introduces new caregiving positions across the Midlands for 2026.
The company is looking to expand its services, with applications open for both seasoned professionals and those new to the field.
Ms McLaughlin believes the anxiety that comes with starting out as a home care provider is normal.
