Fianna Fáil's Robert Troy did not disclose in his Dáil Register of Members' Interests that he owned three houses, two of which he's since sold to Westmeath and Longford County Councils.
People Before Profit TD Paul Murphy is threatening to make a formal complaint over the matter to the Standards in Public Office Commisssion.
However, while TDs are required to declare ownership of properties, they are not obliged to disclose the sale of such properties to local authorities.
