A midlands man is today officially launching his campaign to become the next president of the IFA.
Laois' Francie Gorman is currently the South Leinster Regional Chairman for the organisation.
If elected, he would be replacing fellow midlands farmer, Tim Cullinan, the outgoing president.
The launch will be taking place in the The Manor Hotel in Abbeyleix at 8pm.
